US Work Visa

The EB-3 US Work Visa is for people with professional or graduate degree (or its equivalent from a foreign university) or persons who are members of professional associations, experts, workers, including national Foreigners with less than two years of training and experience professional. For all EB-3 visas are needed a job and a labor certification. The exemption for the interest National is not available for this category. This visa granted lawful permanent residence. The J-1 visa allows up to 18 months of work in the U.S. to coaches, teachers, professors, research scholars, specialists, international visitors, and training in areas of medicine, medical foreign short-term visitors, visitor’s government, camp counselors or peers.
