Close call

I had booked our lake taupo lodge at the risk of us not actually making it there for the night. The timing of our flights was going to be very tight and if our flight out of LA was even twenty minutes late we would not make our connecting flight from Auckland to Rotorua and then we would be stuck for the night and would also lose our money on the hotel booking. I still didn’t want to chance it though because if we did make it, I knew that most places were fully booked and didn’t want to be caught out by not having a place to stay.
