I was called into a conference room and offered a new position within the team. I just got a promotion from a supervisor to a managerial job. The position is new and my first step into a management role. At last, my hard work and perseverance paid off. The toughest thing about accepting this position is the uncertainty. It feels like this whole scenario is a test run to see where things go. This position means more hours and bigger responsibilities. I took the challenge and was even happy about it. Before I started my job as a manager, I went on a family vacation. The Cruises from Tampa in June was the best time to ravel from the hectic schedule. The excursion made us feel relaxed and the activities bond the family together. It offers scrumptious meals which we all love.
