When Time Came Kids Were Ready

I feel a parent should do everything in their control to make sure that their child is ready for school when the time comes. There are things that can be done to ensure this happens. It was really important for me that my children were ready, so I had them to go through the phonics program. I worked with them about twenty minutes per day. The program came with a reader workbook, which the kids really enjoyed. They liked the program so much, that they would often remind me when it was time for the lesson. Their first year grades proved that I did my job as a mom.
