The Small Things Matter When Leasing Office Space

Recently, I was looking to lease Boise office space. I have a rather unique business that retails large items and in the past I have had difficulty finding spaces that had doors large enough to accommodate the deliveries. I was pleased to find a space in a local business center with large, overhead loading doors and access to three different driveways for deliveries. I also like that my heating and air conditioning unit is on the roof, so it doesn’t block access to the building for my vendors. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes such a big difference in creating a successful work flow for my business!
