Have A Question About Tax Lien Certificates, Who Do I Ask?
August 12th, 2010
All the information on the Internet that is out there to help you invest in tax lien certificates won’t mean anything when you have a question about a county’s ordinances and you can’t find it online. Remember, a county clerk is there to help you, but they are not educators. If you have done all the research you can online and then come into their office with a couple of specific, educated questions, they will be more than happy to help you. If you are trying to use them as teachers, they will tend to not be very helpful. Their job is to assist, not to train you.
