Unemployment Causes Bad Credit History

March 7th, 2010

Like many people today, I found myself facing unemployment when my employer decided to reduce its workforce.  Because of my job loss I was not able to pay all my creditors.  I tried to explain my situation to them but they were not interested in hearing my excuses.  They felt I needed to hold up my end of the bargain I made and repay them.  Of course this all reflected very badly on my credit history, and when I desperately needed a loan for car repairs I was denied.  Fortunately for me I found a loan company who specializes in loans for bad credit.  They will lend money to people who have a history of late payments, defaulted loans, and bankruptcy.  With their help I was able to get the loan and repair my car.  And just in time.  I found a new job and will be returning to work next week.  My life is getting back on track.
