Skechers Shape Ups – A Great Way To Trim Your Legs

My wife loves her Skechers Shape Ups training shoes which I got her recently. They feature a specially curved sole that makes your foot gently roll when it contacts the ground. It reduces impact shock and prolongs the length of time that the muscles are active for, they should work for around 16% longer on average. You shouldn’t notice any difference when you’re walking, but that little extra bit of work soon adds up and you should wind up with leaner legs and a firmer bottom after wearing them for a while. The only thing you do need to watch out for is when you first try them. Break them in gently, an hour or two a day at most until you’re fully accustomed to them.
