Slacking Off While on the Job

A few months ago I hired a contractor to install new flooring in my kitchen and dining area. I would let him in before I had to leave for work and he would lock the door when he left. I noticed that the job was taking a lot longer than he had originally estimated but I just thought he was being thorough. When my satellite tv bill came in during the week he had been in my house I noticed there were a lot of pay-per-view movies that had been ordered during the time I was at work and he was in my house. I confronted him about it and he told me he would not pay for them. I immediately contacted a Lehigh Acres attorney to get the matter settled for me.
