My Brother Got a DUI

I cannot believe that my parents have agreed to pay for a dui attorney ft lauderdale for my younger brother. I was under the impression that if he got himself into a DUI, he should easily be able to get himself out. My parents told me that the only reason that they are willing to do this is because my brother has a little girl and he needs to be able to work to support her. I guess that this is a good reason.
