I am in a Precarious Situation

I am in a very precarious situation right now. My boyfriend just broke up with me, and I want him back. However, I know that I can’t force myself on him. I have heard that is the worst thing you can do when getting back with your ex, and that is especially true with mine. He is the type of person who runs when pushed too hard. So instead, I am going to work on changing myself. There are a couple of things about me that I know have always bothered him, but I never took them seriously until now. I am going to start with those issues, and work my way out from there.
