Getting a Rental Ready to Sell

One easy improvement to make to a rental while you have tenants aside from painting and basic repairs is to install roof windows and skylights. They are fairly painless to install and make such a difference in the room right away. The can make a small room feel so much bigger and a big room can feel even bigger and cleaner. Some other tips are to be sure to ask the renters to keep it clean and try to have it available for showing. It is also nice to give the renter the first option to buy before you put it on the market.
