Flowers, Flowers, Flowers

My wife gave birth to our first baby last night and, after spending the entire day at the hospital with her, I went home to catch a few hours of sleep. When I got back to the hospital this morning, I was amazed at the number of Flowers she had received from friends and family members. I don’t think I have ever seen so many flowers in one place at one time before, not even at a funeral. My wife laughed at the look on my face and asked how many trips I thought it would take to get them all home. I’m glad she’s amused. I’m still too tired at this point.
