Getting Enough Exercise To Prevent Heart Disease

How do you ensure that you get enough exercise to prevent heart disease? The good news is that you need not take part in the Tour de France. There are many other ways to get good exercise, for example, take a walk, dig the garden, use the stairs instead of a lift or escalator, if you drive, park your car a little way off from where you usually would work and walk the last few hundred metres. Get creative in your daily routine and I am sure you can find a way to take more exercise out of your daily chores.
