This can easily be done with high intensity workouts. Once you get your workout to a good level of intensity your body will naturally carry on burning more calories for 48 hours after your workout has finished. If you eat a healthy diet that consists of around 6 meals a day that total 1500 to 2000 calories then you’ll have no trouble burning more calories than you eat.Your workout must consist of full body exercises with weights, and not just be exercises that target the arms. You won’t burn more fat from your arms by exercising them more. You will burn more fat by exercising the large muscle groups like your back and legs. Once your muscles increase in size your metabolic rate will get faster, and then your body will lose more weight even while you’re sleeping.
