Abs Workout For an Hourglass Figure

I really envy the hourglass figures of old movie stars. When I do my workouts, I try to keep my nice curves but gain muscle tone as well. Using an abs workout that includes side crunches really helps to get the sides of my abdomen whittled down for an hourglass look. I like to do bicycle crunches as well, since they really work my oblique muscles and get them toned. Keeping my abdomen toned and tight emphasizes my curves and makes my clothing fit better. The workout is really easy for me to complete even when I have a busy day.
