Why do Hemorrhoids During Pregnancy Develop and How can They be Prevented?

The radical change in the hormones and the constipation due to change of vitamins and general diet are just a few of the causes of the occurrence of hemorrhoids during pregnancy. The pressure caused on the uterus caused by the weight of the baby is another cause. Although this condition is uncomfortable and annoying, but most of the time hemorrhoids just disappear. Drinking plenty of water is one of the ways to prevent hemorrhoids. If there is a call to nature don’t hold it so you won’t be straining during bowel movement. Eating a lot of fibrous food softens stool and prevents constipation.
