You should at least 3 cardio workouts each week to 30-60 minutes. If you are a beginner, take it easy, walking slowly into shape, but if you’re advanced, you can train as intensely as you want.
A good choice is training with intervals, i.e., water based make products varying the training intensity. Note that caloric intake is not limited to training but continue during and after ( for example , if you burned 300 calories while training, at least another 100 calories you will burn in the hours after training of ” heat effect is called post fort ) .
