Two types of barefoot runners

There are usually a couple of different kinds of joggers that exercise without shoes. You can find runners who make use of many exercises with out running shoes included in a comprehensive exercise plan and there are people that do as part of a philosophy. The latter community have extreme anti running shoe views. They feel that running shoes are the trigger with a great deal of the overuse injuries that athletes have, yet there is no research that this is actually the situation. Not any elite athletes are usually into barefoot running, which must say something. These runners spend considerable time trying to find any kind of edge they could get and they have decided not to exercise without shoes.
