Cardio exercises are a must once you talk about fat loss. To reduce inner thigh fat too you need to do cardio exercises. The major ones are brisk walking, jogging, cycling, step-ups and swimming. Next you must work on your inner thighs. This can be done by leg exercises such as squats, leg lifts, leg extensions and lunges. You can use weight to increase the impact. Inner Thigh Exercises for around 40-50 minutes at least 4-5 days a week. It is very important to make sure that you do the exercises correctly else there will be zero effect of them on your body fat.
