Computers Freezing Up

My husband frequently hears the question, “why does my computer freeze up?”, when people hear that he works on computers all day. He used to get angry when people asked this, but he has learned to live with it. Now he just smiles and says he can’t tell them without knowing more details. Then he recommends that people look for videos online that may address their problem and tell them how to fix it. Computers freeze for a variety of reasons and, without having all of the facts, he just doesn’t feel comfortable giving someone a solution. If it doesn’t work they will be angry at him as he didn’t fix their problem.
