A Favor for My Boss

My boss called me into his office today and asked that I go pick up a voip adapter for him. I don’t mind doing things like this, but I will admit I am regretting saying yes this time. Now I’m standing in the store and have no clue as to which voip adapter to get. There are a number of types and the sales clerk says I have to know if he wants a softphone, a dedicated voip phone or an analog adapter. My boss is at lunch with a client, but I’m going to have to text message him. I definitely don’t want to get the wrong thing.
