I would have to return my duff phone

I have been with Vodafone Mobile phone coverage as a business customer and have been less than impressed by the signal coverage it provides at least in the south east. My Nokia N96 started to play up and I contacted customer services to arrange a replacement. “Yes sir a new one will be delivered next Tuesday”, so can’t grumble about that. However I was not told I would have to return my duff phone. My business in not Vodafones but selling £5000 worth of product each day. Surprisingly I cannot do this whilst waiting for a phone to be delivered! Deeply unimpressed by Vodafone but because they were alledgely cheaper than o2 my duck bottom MD went with them – yet another classic from him!
