For about the past eight years I’ve been attending a grief support group every Wednesday night. The reason I go to the group is I lost my wife around that time and it’s been very difficult for me even to this day. One of the other people that attends, Greg, has been coming for about three years and we have become friends. Greg has been gone for the past few weeks and on Wednesday night I asked him where he’d been. He said he found some good deals on some captiva island rentals and took a vacation for the first time in close to 11 years.

I had booked our lake taupo lodge at the risk of us not actually making it there for the night. The timing of our flights was going to be very tight and if our flight out of LA was even twenty minutes late we would not make our connecting flight from Auckland to Rotorua and then we would be stuck for the night and would also lose our money on the hotel booking. I still didn’t want to chance it though because if we did make it, I knew that most places were fully booked and didn’t want to be caught out by not having a place to stay.

I had been sitting around waiting for a phone call to find out what time my ride was going to be leaving Auckland so by the time midday rolled around I was getting a bit impatient. I decided to bit the bullet and call one of the car hire places to see if I could get a car at short notice. One of them had one for me but it was nowhere near where I was. I ended up catching a cab to their depot and driving myself back down to Taupo as I was sick of waiting for the unreliable person who was meant to give me a lift.

My husband has gone on several business trips to Australia. This will be the last time he goes there for a while so I plan to meet him over there once his work is done. We will vacation in Perth City, so I will go directly there and he will travel there from where he is staying with work. I have found several cheap hotels in perth city, the only thing now is how do I narrow it down to just one room. All of the hotels have great amenities and it is so hard to choose just one. They all look very nice.

I was working six days a week and I just could not stop. When it was time to rest, I could not because I was running numbers in my head. I had so much to do and so little time to get all done. Then when the project finally took off and things were great I took an amazing vacation. I booked at the cheap bangkok hotels web site and that is the best thing I ever did. I walked into the sliding glass doors and was greeted by the staff who ran to help me with my bags. Once in the room I enjoyed how huge the bed was. The heated swimming pool and the food were incredible.

We do not go anywhere without all of the members of the family and that includes the animals. Usually that requires that we take our camper along on most trips because we find that not everyone feels the same about having pets stay in hotels or rental properties. However, this time, we would like to look at lake tahoe vacation rentals because at this time of the year it just takes too much time to travel over the passes with the trailer in tow. It would be great to just to have a vacation house that we could all stay in together.
