I used to go to a personal trainer at my gym, but I got tired of doing the same thing every time and not getting the results I wanted. I was starting to think that I was destined to be one of those skinny guys forever, until I read what jason ferruggia had to say. His approach was different from anything that I had tried before, and as soon as I started it, I could feel the difference. I watched as my body grew more muscular, and the ladies were noticing me, too. It feels great to have a weight training program that does just what it promises!
