If you have suffered from bad credit condition in the past and you want to apply for a joint mortgage loan, then you can opt for the very bad credit loan. You have to find a co-signer who can help you qualify for the amount of loan that you desire. If you are planning to obtain a FHA mortgage, then you must find a co-signer who is related to you. If only one name is stipulated in the mortgage but two of you will pay for it, then make sure to have a signed agreement in place just in case you separate.
