Repairs to be Made

My husband and I are making our early budget for our farm. We try to estimate all income and expenses for the current year and then go back and adjust it from month to month as things change. This year we have some additional expenses that we know have to be budgeted in. First, we need a new mixing tank and then we need to replace our fence along a five acre stretch of our property. The mixing tank is a top priority as ours has a leak. We cannot use it anymore. The fence can be put off a little longer, but has to be replaced by late summer.
