Hotels can do better at reservations

The process of making a hotel reservation is as streamlined as it has ever been. All you have to do is get on the computer, find one of the million websites that offer travel deals, and then you’re done after a few clicks. But with this process being so easy, it’s too bad that some hotels can’t do their part to make the second half of the process equally as seamless.
The fact is that unless they have hotel reservation software, hotels can really mess up the process on their end. I’ve had plenty of experiences where I’ve arrived at the hotel only to find that my reservation was all sorts of screwy.
