People filing bankruptcy usually don’t consider their pets as a piece of property or an expense. This is one of the many expenses and life that most of us underestimate and rarely even count. You need to understand the real cost of owning a pet. Most people when they have to file bankruptcy forget to list their pet and the costs of owning it. Most pets are more expensive than you know. They’re a vet bills, groomer, food and some people even pay for doggie day care. There is no such thing as a free dog. Just because you don’t pay for the puppy when you get it, doesn’t mean that you’re not going to spent a lot of money on it.
