Now that I have my mom officially up and running with a new cell phone, I need to make sure she understands how to use it. I realized, however, that we are starting from a much more basic place than I had originally realized. Personally I do not think that Cell Phones are all that difficult these days to utilize, but I have to remember that older generations do not always come by new technology naturally. She lives out of town now and I had to laugh a little to hear that she needed to take the phone back into the store to learn how to set-up the voice mail!
