As a real estate agent, my job isn’t just to help my clients find the home of their dreams, it’s also to make sure that those homes are protected. Which is why I always talk to my clients about the importance of property owners insurance. I tell them that it doesn’t matter where they purchase it from, so long as they have it, because you can never tell what the future might bring. After investing time, money and especially your heart into creating a home, it can be devastating losing it to fire. But with insurance, you are financially covered to start over again.

A friend of mine at car hire in new zealand called the other to give me a heads up on an upcoming sale they were having. Every now and then, some companies will upgrade some of their fleet and sell off the old vehicles at very low prices. He knew I was after a car for my daughter as she just recently got her full drivers license and I had promised that I would buy her one if she passed it on the first attempt. It was really good of him to do this as usually they are sold within a couple of hours of being advertized.

For the past three months my youngest son Chad has been playing baseball for one of the teams that the city has put together. He has actually become a very good catcher and because of his size will probably continue to do so. One of the other fathers that attends the games with me is named Ronald. I have known Ronald in the past because of several business dealings I’ve had with him. At one point he’d given me a good conveyancing quote for a property that one of my clients was considering selling due to tax purposes. His son Richard plays 2nd base and seems to be doing pretty good on the defensive ends of things.

My hound dog Buddy was my hunting partner for over 10 years. I trained Buddy since he was a little puppy, and he became in my personal opinon one of the best hunting dogs a hunter could ever ask for. This last Wednesday night he passed away, and I wanted to do something to remember him buy so I started looking at Dog Urns and found a beautiful dog hunting urn, with the hound and his master hunting on the top of the urn. I had to buy it because it was a perfect reflection of our lives together hunting.
