My manager is a brand new guitarist and he was just telling me some of the things that he has learned along the way. My uncle Ted called me on Thursday evening and told me that he might actually get some Super Bowl tickets. I really envy the hourglass figures of old movie stars. When I do my workouts, I try to keep my nice curves but gain muscle tone as well. Using an abs workout that includes side crunches really helps to get the sides of my abdomen whittled down for an hourglass look. I like to do bicycle crunches as well, since they really work my oblique muscles and get them toned. Keeping my abdomen toned and tight emphasizes my curves and makes my clothing fit better.
